Remove qtc* packages from the SDK seed

Bug Description
After having talked to the SDK team, I'm told that the following packages should be removed from the SDK seed:
* qtcreator-doc
* qtcreator
* qtcreator-
These cause qtcreator to be installed twice: as 'qtcreator' and (when the SDK is installed, as recommended, from the SDK PPA) as 'ubuntu-sdk-ide', causing much confusion to app developers.
