Bug Description
The daemon seems to not respond anymore
In fact this is because Ubuntu has switched to an older packagekit version at the end of the cycle for some reason…
The old version crashes when the appcenter-daemon starts.
To show the crash:
sudo /usr/lib/
then:
appcenter-daemon
A solution is to use the packagekit version that is shipped with debian and that is fully working for us.
