Bug Description

The 16.04 Unity network indicator in the tray displays the connected Ethernet network symbol when connected to WiFi. When it is clicked, the "Wi-Fi Networks" submenu is greyed out. This issue was not present in 15.10, and manifests after resuming from suspend.

Looks like this only manifests after resuming from suspend. Upon initial boot, the network indicator works as expected.
