Bug Description
Product: bq Aquaris M10
FW version: R9 & stable
Preconditions:
Connect an external keyboard
STEPS TO REPRO:
1. Go to System settings>
2. Check that layout is correct in coreapps like messaging but not in xapps like gedit or libreoffice.
Actual Result:
No keyboard layout support for xapps
Expected Result:
Keyboard layout support for xapps

The Keyboard Layout is working only with the Ubuntu Touch Apps (Notes or Webbrowser (not Firefox!) for example).
