Hibernate option didn't come back

Following the ubuntu wiki's instructions on how to enable hibernate in 16.04 resulted in no change. I created a file /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/com.ubuntu.enable-hibernate.pkla with the following contents and rebooted my computer:

I have 5.8 GiB RAM, a 7.5GiB swap partition, my swap and ext4 root FS are LVM, and suspending to RAM does work. My computer could hibernate in 14.04.

I ran "ubuntu-bug" in a terminal to get to here and this happened:
