Bug Description
Environment:
Freya 3.4.2 x64
pantheon-mail 10.0.0 installed from ppa:elementary-
Steps to reproduce:
Add IMAP email account, validate
Edit account, click on 'Additional email addresses...' button in account properties
Observe that dialogue turns into blank grey box, same size as account dialogue
