Bug Description
Gedit has a bug in my Thinkpad X250 running 64bit Lubuntu 16.04.4: sometimes the mouse cursor would disappear hovering Gedit. Crash happened while I was doing quick undo (ctrl+z) and saves (ctrl+s) on a small-sized ( <50 lines) simple text file.
