Bug Description

Hello.

I gratefully enjoy Linux Mint Rosa Cinnamon, everything works flawlessly, except for Firefox at the moment, the browser freezes when I download anything via Firefox's native download manager, and once it finishes downloading click on button “Open in folder” which should open default file manager (Nemo, in my case) with appropriate path to downloaded file. Instead it’s just freezes and not only Firefox, but other working applications too (not fully, only ui), they behave very strange.

What does help me, is to call terminal via Ctrl + Alt + T, and type killall firefox, and yes terminal works ok

That’s quite annoying since I can’t normally just open up folder in which was downloaded any file.

1) Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa Cinnamon edition 64 bit
2) download in firefox, then try to open it in folder
3) almost every currently working applications are frozen, Firefox in first place
4) just Nemo being opened
5) always happens with my configuration. Actually it was happening in previous version (17.2)

In other distros I used (Kali, elementaryOS) this problem can't be reproduced
