Hi,
I found out that you may install debug symbols from this package (there's a direct link on the page):
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/amd64/libgl1-mesa-dri-dbgsym/11.2.0-1ubuntu2

It is in *.ddeb format, maybe that's why not visible by apt.
