VNF row does not highlight color in Horizon on an empty VNF list page

Navigate to VNF Management->VNF Manager page in Horizon. Ensure there are no exisitng VNFs displayed in the VNF Manager and the table is empty.

Deploy a VNF by clicking on the Deploy VNF button.

Observed behavior:

VNF row is created with PEDNING_CREATE status. However the row is not highlighted in Yellow.

Expected behavior:

VNF row should get highlighted in corresponding color to reflect the new status.

I did deploy a VNF and can see the PENDING_CREATE VNF row in yellow.

I tried reproducing the issue 3-4 times. I could not do that 1 time but rest of the time, the issue was reproduced. Hence marking it as confirmed. This might also mean that the nature of the issue is non consistent.

I could see this issue reproduced consistently for the first time when we deploy VNF, Is there any plan to fix it , or somebody working on it actively.
