Bug Description

Hi,

I just upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 16.04.
After the upgrade I notice, I was unable to found service with w_scan (France).

I compile w-scan 20130331 and works properly.

I use AverMedia Volar HD Pro : http://www.avermedia.eu/avertv/fr/product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=451

Hi,

I have the same issue :
* On Ubuntu 14.04 : w-scan works properly (w-scan version 20130331-1)
* On Ubuntu 16.04 : w-scan is unable to found service (FRANCE) (w-scan version 20141122-1)
