A slight variation on what happened to me.

I didn't upgrade Redmine, but installed it from scratch on a recently upgraded Ubuntu 16.04 system.

I received the above error message just when I was logging in. The funny thing is, Redmine is running fine. Also, aptitude indicates that it has been successfully installed.

Of course, given this error message, I'm a bit worried about whether there is a problem with the installation that I haven't noticed yet. But so far, I've encountered no problems.
