package systemd-sysv 229-4ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: pre-dependency problem - not installing systemd-sysv

Bug Description

encountered a few errors while upgrading from 15.10 to 16.04. Then there was a message that there were too many errors and the upgrade process will be aborted but then nothing happened and after I restarted my laptop was running ubuntu 16.04. After logging in though numerous errors popped up on of which was the above.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
