UI: DNS an DNS records are not filtered per project , only default-domain option is avalable

Bug Description
I have multiple projects create and vdns is created for each project (along with IPAM/VN/VM).
On UI under DNS->Servers and DNS-Records, only default-domain option is available, per project option is available

vDNS servers are not per project
