Sound and picture are not in sync

BQ Aquarius M10 FHD. Videos played either from the video lens or picked from the file manager do not display sound and picture in sync,the video lags behind the sound. This is true of 720p videos and much lower resolution ones at 640x480.
The hardware should easily be capable of handling these.

Didn't notice such an issue on my frieza.
One time i got mediaplayer-app started with only sound playback(and no video),
but after app restart I got everything working just fine.

PS: Do you have latest OTA(OTA-11) installed on your device?

Yes, I still see the same behaviour in OTA-11.

I have had this happen with 640 x 480 MKV files, low resolution avi files and low resolution .m4v on OTA 11 on the FHD M10.
