Can't boot ironic instance with specific configuration

Description:
Deployment of MOS ISO #223 http://paste.openstack.org/show/494975/
in ironic.conf shoud be ironic.conf, but temp_url_endpoint_type=ceph

Configuration:
All nodes have same HW CPU: 1 (1)RAM: 3.0 GBHDD: 150.0 GB
    controller - 1
    Compute - 1
    Ironic + Ceph-OSD - 2
In Settings:
Additional Components:
 - Install Ironic
Storage Backends:
- Ceph RBD for volumes (Cinder)
- Ceph RBD for ephemeral volumes (Nova)
- Ceph RBD for images (Glance)
Public TLS:
 - TLS for OpenStack public endpoints
 - Select source for certificate -> Self-signed

- Nova quotas
- OpenStack debug logging

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy Oprnstack:
 - ISO in Description
 - Configure like in Configuration
2. Try to boot ironic-instance

Expected results:
Boot successful

Actual result:
Boot to an Error

Reproducibility:
100%
