delete unused branches

For fuel-plugin-onos: http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/fuel-plugin-onos/
branches named 6.0, 7.1 and kilo (attention not Kilo ) need to be deleted.
In addition, since a bad commit of big file, git and github are not sync. If possible, plese help me fix this.

Wu Wenbin, please contact openstack infra folks via IRC or via their mailing list. We - devops - do not have permissions to delete branches in any repo hosted via openstack infra.
