One Click Backup spews rsync chown errors

Bug Description
When I do a one click backup to a NFS, every package backed up emits an error message of the form
`rsync: chown "destination file name" failed: Permission denied (13)`
Functionality does not seem to be affected.

It looks like rsync is unable to set the ownership of the backup files on the NFS. This should not be a problem. Let me know in case you notice any other issues.
