Bug Description
This is related to my question at https:/
As soon as a project is registered in Launchpad, Launchpad makes search engine indexable pages for it with titles like: "Translations of [project name] in Launchpad", "FAQs for [project name]". These pages are not helpful for a search engine user looking for that project *unless* the project is actually using that functionality in Launchpad. For all other projects, it offers false hope to search engine users looking for that project: a very promising title that leads them to a page saying "there are no FAQs" or "you need to enable translations" and so on.
Bug 103116 is the equivalent for people.

We can easily prevent indexing of such pages if the related 'Officially uses' launchpad is False.
