Steps to reproduce
1. open Ubuntu software
2. All button slow to load visual result then click any item from the All section item are not displayed properly
2. click Installed button nothing appears but spinning icon to indicate loading
3. click Updates button nothing appears but spinning icon to indicate loading

I assume this bug is relate to bug# 1548933 gnome-software but it references gnome-software version 3.19.91~git20160223.1794342-0ubuntu1.

gnome-software on my laptop was having difficulty loading on a T420 laptop but then I logged out and logged back in the gnome-software bug improved but does not fix.

Is this bug invalid now since a newer version of gnome-software does not
have the reported problem?
