this one is considered high due to the overall impact on release critical feature (multipath).

this bug hasn't been caught in the wild. Thus, it may seem kinda overrated.

Anyway, without proper sync with udev activites it's definately broken. We should never underestime the significant importance of being in sync with udev. Especially when dealing with multipath/lvm and other tricky stuff.
