Bug Description
ENVIRONMENT: MOS 9.0 ISO 201
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create env with sahara
2. Deploy env
3. Login to Horizon
4. Navigate to Clusters
5. Click on "Image registery"
6. Register image
7. Click on "Clusters" tab
8. Refresh page

As I see this bug is low and somehow targeted to 9.0. There is not wait-for-stable tag -> moving to 10.0. Please do not target medium and lower priority bugs to 9.0 after SCF. If this should be fixed with stable/mitaka fix, you may move it back to 9.0 with wait-for-stable tag.
