Freezer can't connect to the api on windows 10

Bug Description

This error appears on windows 10, when a requests gets made by the library requests and the connection is under proxies and even if the environment variables are set the request fails.

we should explicitly pass the variables in the request.

I believe this error is happening because freezer api cannot be reached

Are the freezer client and the API instance on the same machine?

Since a proxy is in place, should the connection between the client and the API be routed through that proxy or not in the case of this problem?

What does the failure look like?
