[Murano] Environment delete hangs despite on resources was cleaned up

Bug Description
Detailed bug description:
Env hangs forever
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy MOS 9.0 with Neutron VXLAN (1 controller 1 compute) and Murano
2. Deploy Murano environment with k8s application
3. Use action for nodes up and down
4. Delete environment
Expected results:
Environment waas removed successfully
Actual result:
All resources was cleaned up, but environment hangs in deleting state
Reproducibility:
Always (With k8s app).
Workaround:
Use abandon button on environment
Additional information:
There is no the same effect with Apache application.
