evolution fails to load mapi plugin

As stated, evolution just starts up and asks for entering new accounts, instead of loading previously configured ones (Exchange account set via Gnome-Control-Center and online-accounts).

Even when I walk through the wizard, the type of mailaccounts does not allow me to select mapi any longer.
