Bug Description
The ability to move the headings up or down , or be promoted / demoted - similar to how bullet lists function in office type programs...
Would also be great if the headings could collapse and expand.
IF this is not doable in the actual page area, maybe its re-orderable in the TOC widget? I know that already collapse/expands (just no hotkey for it though, which woudl be nice)

ToC also supports promote / demote, but no (yet) re-ordering.
