Bug Description

This error occured after I upgraded from 15.10 to 16.04. There were some errors during installation and installation was completed with errors in an unstable state. The update script recommended to run "dpkg --configre -a" . I run the command but got a lot of errors. I did an "apt update && apt -f upgrade". It upgraded some of the packages. And I had the courage to restart my system. I restarted without any problems. But I got this error after the restart. I haven't seen any other problems though ("yet").
