Bug Description
After a program crash and apport is triggered, pressing 'Send Report' results in apport disappearing an nothing else occurs (browser for launchpad should appear).

Crash reports are only sent to Launchpad for the development release of Ubuntu, since you are running a stable release the crash reports are sent to errors.ubuntu.com which requires no interaction.
