Bug Description
In Preferences -> Launchers, there is a button to Add a launcher, and a button to Remove the selected launcher. One should be able to go about modifying an existing launcher, either by right-clicking and selecting "Modify" from a context menu, by double-clicking, or by clicking a Modify button that would be inserted between the current Add and Remove button.
This would open the same dialog as the Add button opens, except that it would contain the data already assigned to the selected launcher. Also, the Cancel button would be replaced with a Revert button, and the OK button would be replaced with a Close button. All changes would be updated on the fly.
