Reconfigure DHCP does not work

Bug Description

Version: 2.0.0~beta2+bzr4920-0ubuntu1

In WebUI I go to Networks --> fabric-17 --> untagged
Then with "Provide DHCP" I can configure and enable DHCP.
Unfortunately, this can be done only once.
If I did some mistake and use "Reconfigure DHCP", nothing
happens. If I use "Disable DHCP" and then "Provide DHCP",
it does not allow me to re-configure it, using the old settings.
Basically there seem to be no way to reconfigure it in GUI.
"Reconfigure DHCP" should bring you to the configuration
menu, but this does not happen.
