Detailed bug description:
    After 193 ISO http://paste.openstack.org/show/494156/
    While trying to check details od failed test get 404 Error status code
    The requested URL /testReport/tempest.api.volume.v2.test_volumes_list/VolumesV2ListTestJSON/test_volume_list_details_pagination_id_e9138a2c_f67b_4796_8efa_635c196d01de_/ was not found on this server.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to TestRail
  2. Navigare to Test Runs and Results tab
  3. Select any [9.0][MOSQA] Tempest 9.0 configuration
  4. Find bag in Fail status
  5. Get details of fail

Expected results:
 Trace back with detailed description

Actual result:
  404 Not Found

The requested URL /testReport/tempest.api.volume.v2.test_volumes_list/VolumesV2ListTestJSON/test_volume_list_details_pagination_id_e9138a2c_f67b_4796_8efa_635c196d01de_/ was not found on this server.

Reproducibility:
  100% After 193 ISO http://paste.openstack.org/show/494156/

Workaround:
  Grab traces manualy

This big is related to testrail reporter, not launchpad. This bug is result of wrong jenkins URL, now it is fixed.
