Bug Description
Although it says that Apport will be started automatically it is not so I'm reporting this manually. When I quit GTG it says that it has crashed, although the end user wouldn't know if it wasn't for the crash notification - no unexpected behavior otherwise.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/
func(*targs, **kargs)
File "/usr/share/
pynotify.
NameError: global name 'pynotify' is not defined

Almost 9 months ago I decided to wait some time until this bug (and of some other apps in 16.04) get fixed and switched back to ubuntu 14.04.
Unfortunately this bug still remains. Could you please fix it soon?
Thank you very much!
Best regards
