no usable theme for 640x480 in usplash of 7.10 rc 1.4 build of Fluxbuntu

Bug Description

After a fresh install, no usplash image was shown, instead the boot process was shown as if nosplash option was used.

This has been confirmed. I will update the usplash-theme-fluxbuntu package with the fix.

This fix has been committed. Once the packages are built on all arches I will set the status as fix released.
