The nm-applet on status bar: "create new wireless network" failed

Steps:
1. click nm-applet on status bar
2. click "Create New Wireless Network..."
3. type network name and security type (default is "none)
4. click connect
after a while, the connection failed

In my understanding, these operation will create an adhoc network connection.
when MID connecting, I use laptop to detect if there any new adhoc network created, but I cannot find it.

Network Manager does not support 'static IP' configuration until next release and this feature is needed for Network Manager to support
'creating new network'. So I am going to remove this feature from the menu for moblin.

Removed the 'Create new network' menu item from nm applet because this feature never worked for anybody and Network Manager does not support static up configuration until next release.

Verified in network-manager 0.6.5-lmoblin3, "create new wireless network " item is removed, close it.
