Detailed bug description:

During CI I have found on job[0] with errors[1] on scenario:

Deploy cluster in HA mode with 3 controller for maintenance mode

        Scenario:
            1. Create cluster
            2. Add 3 node with controller and mongo roles
            3. Add 2 node with compute and cinder roles
            4. Deploy the cluster

        Duration 100m

Task 'deploy' has incorrect status. error != ready, 'Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[primary-rabbitmq/2], Task[memcached/2], Task[dns-server/5], Task[top-role-mongo/5], Task[database/5] Stopping the deployment process!'

I found in logs:

I thought the message only means IST isn't possible, so choosing full SST

The real issue is with the log line: 2016-04-12 23:49:05 26083 [Warning] WSREP: Donor 027a4b7c-0109-11e6-a990-a22c2a2f35f4 is no longer in the group. State transfer cannot be completed, need to abort. Aborting...

So the SST have failed. It seems an env specific issue

There were no reproduces on SWARM, so setting that as Invalid. Probably that was env specific issue
