Bug Description
In Unity there is a link in the Input Source selector pull-down menu in the AppIndicator area to the Input Source settings (the "Text Entry Settings..." button):

I think this is very useful as you can get to the settings regarding the Input Sources very easily, in GNOME there is no such link:

But I think that there should be (it should link to the "Region & Language" section in the gnome-control-
