Fixed in 0.44, I removed all the NTP time server stuff from our version of the date&time applet. It now only functions as a manual setting.

I don't think removing the NTP option is the correct fix here. It is useful and some customers want this feature. Is there a problem with adding the NTP package into the default fset?

Any progress for this issue?

ok, gnome-system-tools is what's installed now to get the time applet, this is no longer a moblin-applets issue. Install the latest gnome-system-tools from the ubuntu-mobile PPA and it should put the time-admin icon where the moblin-time icon used to be. It has the ntp support so this should make things easier on you.

Verified on RC1 image.

As per Todd's comments, this is not an Intel issue anymore.

Dear Bill,
Following image has the same ntpdate package.

Beta2:
Beta3:
RC0:
RC1:
ntpdate 1:4.2.4p4+dfsg-3ubuntu2

I don't think it can be solved by add to fset.
It's bug in gnome-system-tool detection ntp package.
