Bug Description
If you set a route to navigate in uNav,
- especially in countries that have a lot of speed cameras reported in osm -
setting the radars takes very long time ( up to 4 minutes)
Second, not all speed cameras along specific routes are found.
This should be improved by adding a better search algorithm to the specific function
