Title: Checkbox failed to resume after system reboot for suspend stress test

Summary:
I run somerville stress test with new checkbox release [1] in testing ppa. After reboot for suspend stress test, checkbox failed to resume session. the error is as following.

plainbox.impl.depmgr.DependencyDuplicateError: duplicate job id: '2013.com.canonical.certification::info/hdparm_sda.txt'

Please refer attachment in comment#4 for detail.

Steps:
1. run checkbox stress test
2. after power-management/suspend_30_cycles_with_reboots, resume checkbox session

Expected results: Checkbox resume session scuuess

Actual results:
Checkbox failed to resume session
