Bug Description
Latency for the flows is more if rate of flow is increased.
Traffic was sent from Ixia port to MX to VM (service instance) back to MX and Ixia
Rate 1K from Ixia ( 2k flows if it was a single VM , 4k flow records added per sec ) , Total 150K different flows sent .

Rate 5K from Ixia ( 10k flows if it was a single VM , 20k flow records added per sec ) , Total 300K different flows sent .

Rate 10K from Ixia ( 20k flows if it was a single VM , 40k flow records added per sec ) , Total 300K different flows sent .
