SMLite UI R3.0 Build 25: Provision using UI is blocked with error"cluster should have valid domain" when tried from ServerManager>>>Cluster>>

1) Install SM Lite on CFGM node, and try issue provision of contrail pakcage

2) CLI is working fine

Closes-Bug: #1567582 Removed required validation for domain and also removed default values for domain in SM UI.
The SM backend will report any errors if domain is not configured before provisioning the server/cluster.

Partial-Bug: #1567582 - SM Backend must prevent provision if domain not specified

We check if domain is specified at least for server or cluster.
If not, provision doesn't go through.
In hand with this, UI omits this check.
