Kubuntu 16.04: Kmail Messages Not Indexed or Returned in Search

Bug Description

On Kubuntu 16.04, searches in Krunner do not return Kmail messages. (IMAP account)

File search and all Plasma searches are enabled.

In Kmail, "Download All Messsages for Offline Use" is enabled.

In Kmail, "Folder Properties -> Maintenance" shows "Enable Full Text Searching" is on, but "Still Not Indexed" is also displayed.

Ack, on one 16.04 upgraded from 14.04 LTS, and one fresh install of 16.04
