Bug Description

Using the marc_stream_importer to import a spool file of records causes a null byte to be output as part of the regular output. This is necessary when using it for network processing as OCLC's Connextion client expects this, but most interactions through the terminal do not. It's a simple change and a branch is forthcoming.

I'm treating this as a pullrequest (and Jason, please correct me if I was wrong to do so) and pushed a sign-off branch as user/gmcharlt/lp1567514_msi_null_byte-signedoff.

That's quite alright, I just forgot to add the tags. Thanks!

This is borderline, but given the ability of a null character in a terminal to cause minor upset, I'm calling this a bug. I've pushed this to master and rel_2_10; it doesn't apply on rel_2_9. Thanks, Jason!
