After implementation of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/fuel-openstack-tasks we have two different places for tasks (yamls and manifests). So far noop tests work because there's a "symlink" in the old place:

But after removing those "symlinks" noop tests will stop covering those tasks.
We should update noop tests to make them support tasks/manifests with a full path from root of fuel-library repo or from './deployment/puppet', instead of currently used 'deployment/puppet/osnailyfacter/modular'
