new fuel UI color scheme has unusable active dialog fg color

Detailed bug description:
 Black on black is unusable for Fuelmenu. Note that these colors are fine on an xterm terminal.
Steps to reproduce:
 run fuelmenu on tty
Expected results:
 visible active dialogs
Actual result:
 black text on black background

    Fix active edit box color for simple TTY

    White color is unavailable on consoles, so
    the color for active edit boxes is now updated
    to light gray on black.
