No way to get metadata for flavor

Bug Description

Nova::Flavor has no metadata key in to_dict response, so there's no way to get metadata for flavor. Need to add new attribute.

    Add attribute for extra specs to Nova::Flavor

    Currently there's no possibility to check extra specs
    of flavor resource, so add new attribute for it.
