the new Gutsy ubuntu 7.10 upgrade does not install

Ubuntu's gutsy 7.10 distribution upgrade does not completes installation, it reports errors.
It failed to fetch "wineLowvoice", "Nicotine-plus.org"...
"A Problem occured during the update. This is usually some sort of network problem, please check your network connection and retry.:

This I am afraid is incorrect, network connection is good since I am writing reporting this bug....

So, how do I update to the new version with out having to re-install
7.10 over the existing version?

I have the same problem. I tried to upgrade from Feisty and kept on running in similar issues. Hence I decided to do a fresh install. Please find attached my log files as well.

when i am downloading upgrade files the update manager downloads partial files and suggest a bug in it also it ask to report this file
