Bug Description

Fuel9 multipath story[1] need few newest packages , which currently available only in trusty-proposed repository.

Since fuel-repository '*holdback' exist for such cases, lets use it.

Summary:
Provide packages :
parted: 2.3-19ubuntu1.14.04.2
udev: 204-5ubuntu20.19
multipath-tools: 0.4.9-3ubuntu7.10
multipath-tools-boot: 0.4.9-3ubuntu7.10

in mos9.0-holdback repository

I'm not sure this is a good approach:
- first of all, packages should be merged BEFORE the feature, not the other way around;
- second, in the https://review.openstack.org/#/c/285340/ custom BVT was run only with python changes included - custom packages were not tested;

@alexey, please provide test results for that feature with those packages included.

Moving bug to invalid, due resolving issue with ubuntu-upstrem:

Feature has been tested with latesе trusty-updates packages:

Deployment finished successfully.
