We agreed with Fuel and Infra teams that bugs which cause CI jobs to fail and force engineers to retrigger CI have to be of at least High priority. Raising to High.

Ok, it looks like the issue was fixed somehow, it didn't reproduce anymore.
Moved to invalid then.
