Bug Description
Ironic inspector is not installed for Ubuntu (source or binary).
During the start up process, ironic-inspector is not present in the container with the same name.
The creation of this container is based on "ironic-base". The unique project installed in this container is ironic-base-source (ironic project). However, ironic-inspector is stored in other project: https:/

install ironic-inspector during image build
Add installation of ironic-inspector package
on binary ubuntu or via pip on any source type of installations.
